These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ubayda website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Ubayda. It is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not extract or utilize parts without our express written consent.
2. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.
3. Bespoke Orders
For bespoke and made-to-measure orders, a non-refundable deposit is required before production. Due to the personalized nature of these garments, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
